ImagExchange is our remote check capture solution allowing retailers and financial institutions to leverage Check 21 provisions and streamline operations. The solution is driven through collaborations with FiServ, Inc. and Alogent Corp., both respected globally in enterprise payment processing solutions.

Check processing is an important element in a comprehensive outsourced vault environment. By integrating our ImagExchange check capture capability with the cash processing component of our SENERGY IT system, Loomis provides an efficient single source check and mixed deposit processing solution. Cash, checks and mixed deposits are captured, validated, proofed and balanced at the same time in a simple automated process. Rather than physical transport, the check images can be routed electronically every night in a file meeting the X9 or higher standard so that our customers can settle or clear the check images electronically. The result is reduced end-to-end cycle time, improved quality and better management information.

The ImagExchange solution is presently available at selected Loomis branch locations with plans to rollout the service throughout the Company’s nationwide cash distribution network.
